Joshua Good is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a Master of Business Administration degree. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Texas A&M University.
Mr. Good joined GoodGas in 1990, as a drilling engineer in Jordansville, Pennsylvania. After his initial assignment in the drilling organization, Mr. Good held various supervisory and planning positions, including three years in the upstream planning organization.
Mr. Good moved to Dallas, Texas, where he served as operations superintendent for the company's East Texas field areas. One year later, he became the vice president responsible for all Mid-Atlantic projects.
Effective January 1, 2009, Mr. Good was named president of GoodGas Corporation and a member of the board of directors.
The GoodGas Board of Directors elected Mr. Good as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2010
C. H. Chadwick is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He later completed executive leadership training at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Chadwick joined GoodGas in 1992 as a facilities engineer in the company’s Gulf Coast division. He subsequently held a number of technical and operational roles, including production supervisor, planning advisor, and offshore installation manager.
He later relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he served as asset manager for the company’s Midcontinent operations. In 2000, he was named vice president of Gulf of Mexico Deepwater Projects.
In 2006, Mr. Chadwick was appointed senior vice president of GoodGas Corporation, with responsibility for major project development and offshore operations.
M. G. Oxhard is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Energy Economics from Rice University.
Mr. Oxhard began his career with GoodGas in 1993 as a reservoir engineer supporting onshore production in the Permian Basin. He later moved into supervisory roles in reservoir management and production forecasting.
In 2002, he was assigned to the company’s international development team, leading field development planning for major offshore projects in West Africa. He subsequently returned to Houston as manager of upstream commercial strategy.
Mr. Oxhard was named vice president of international business development in 2004, responsible for new ventures and strategic partnerships.
In 2010, he was appointed Senior Vice President of GoodGas Corporation, with oversight of corporate planning, commercial strategy, and global joint ventures.
